Any insights on harvest? Been pretty quite lately.

They currently have a acmpr licnece to grow and sell cannabis in canada. They have a pharmacuetical side as well, and just bought 400 acres of some of the best outdoor growing land in Canada.

They could produce 100 000kg of cannabis pretty easy on that property.

Let's say outdoor price of $1000/kg is $100 mill a year, plus 40k SQ feet indoor facility.

This could go to $5-10+ by 2020 imo

(OTC Bulletin Board: HVST - News; "New Harvest" or the "Company") and certain of its security holders have executed a non-binding Term Sheet with a privately-held company which is a development stage biopharmaceutical company that is focused on the development and commercialization of diagnostics and therapeutics for large populations in inflammatory diseases.



The transaction contemplated by the Term Sheet would include the merger of the target company into a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Harvest and a change of control of New Harvest. Completion of the proposed transaction is subject to various terms and conditions, including but not limited to the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements between the parties, the arrangement of financing, necessary approvals by the boards of directors and stockholders and the satisfactory completion of due diligence. The current shareholders of New Harvest would suffer substantial dilution as a result of the proposed transaction. It is currently expected that the current shareholders of New Harvest will retain approximately three to five percent of the equity in the post-merger entity. New Harvest has granted the target an exclusive period, through March 31, 2005, in which to negotiate and execute a definitive merger agreement. Today a White Opening Marubozu was formed. This shows that the day opened and then the prices continued to go up all day long without coming below the opening level thus forming a long white body, however prices did not close at the high of the day and thus they created an upper shadow.

Doesn't answer any questions, but the new owners are being prompt filing the paperwork......don't know if that's standard language for a 13D either.

The new ownership (James Ditanna) puts together deals and takes them public, then sells the company. He was involved in starting Osage Federal Bank (OFFO) and Epic Resorts according to SEC filings.

Im in this has been a long time coming and I traded a few shares last year for spare change, now I'll hold the bulk of my shares till we see what this company is invoved in... it maybe a big winner! here is hoping!!!

2nd Mil - good foresight! I have been a little distracted lately, HVST ALMOST got away from me. Most traders are totally unaware of this stock but that will change. Looking good so far - I helped us some today with my buys at .024 and .027, picked up more at .016 so I am looking pretty good. Soon anything under .05 will be looking pretty cheap here in my opinion. Most smart trader realize that a shell play is basically an IPO in pennyland, what more could a person ask for, a 2 cent IPO in JANUARY!

It appears that although Harvest Capital is not a viable entity they did discover that their nameis in conflict with another company of the same name. Therefore the owner and major share holder (Mr. J. Murphy) of HVST changed the name to New Harvest Capital. To the best of my knowledge the filing numbers with the SEC will remain the same. This information has been recieved by other investors via e-mail and has not been verified, however at this point I believe them to be true.
All this from an empty shell....makes you wonder about the future here.. Current position LONG

I would love to post some real news on this stock but so far all I can get is unverifiable rumors.

What I do know

1. The owner of this company has a large stake in it via his percentage of shares owned.

2. He continues to file with the SEC, a timely and costly endever.

3. The increased volume could be either movement causing movement or could be insider knowledge

4. The owner has not responded to any inquiries about a possible buyout.

This is a shell, it should be played by people who know what they are getting into and are willing to go for broke with mad money not milk money. It does not do the true value of a stock any good to hype it on multiple boards, this stock will climb justly on its true merits and value
