Renee, Hartmarx really should have been cancelled completely during the first bankruptcy a few years ago. It traded as a zombie stock, attached to NO company, since then. Even the most recent Hartmarx bankruptcy really had nothing to do with the ticker HTMX.

Hartmarx was sold to Emerisque back in 2009. The stock HTMXQ represents the shell leftover after the sale. XMH Corp.1 and HMX are separate companies.
