the last 300,000 dollar buyout I remember was DCG*D when justin paid 300,000 for half control...it had 300 million OS and it ran to a high of $2.22 a share!! This has 14 million OS. I will hold and add to see what happens. This is a hold, not a daytrade.

What Is an 8-K?
