IT's quite the disappointment that the company couldn't even live up to their bankruptcy obligations. It really wasn't a surprise, but many of us hoped the feds would force the owner to sell the company and ticker for the sake of shareholders. The guy who owns the company was in jail even before the bankruptcy started. If you aren't aware of that, you might want to read through the stuff that was uncovered this year.

per docketbird -GNPT filed their disbursement reports through march 31. not that there is much hope but with the share structure in place if someone does get their act together might want to get re-registered/relisted. doesn't happen often but in some cases the delisted stock has come back - i think! will check in here every once in awhile. i only use docketbird for this so will give up date if there is one from 5/8 trial date.

Liberty-enjoyed your DD - i still have a little hope that GNPT or whoever is steering this boat does not let it go to chapter 7 and an angel comes up with some captital money to keep GNPT green and growing. IMO with my rose colored glasses on!

Welp, I am out. I dug into that most recent motion and it appears to me that the Export-Import Bank of the United States has a legit case. GNPT and the Bank entered into a payment plan last year but GNPT has never made a single payment according to that plan. Looking at the financials, I don't see how they could pay. I now expect this to be converted to Chapter 7. I made a small profit half of my purchase and a loss on the other half. Bother.

I am here for the action, the casino, the game of liars poker. BUT I am aware of the risk and actually seek it.

Some naive and new "investors" are here to make "investments". This is a dangerous belief down here. Especially when unaware of the pump and dumps by conmen and criminals.

NONE of the tickers down here are real companies... that's why they are down here.

There is money to be made but the risks are significant.

i agree with you - why the export/import bank filed an appeal seems ridiculous since they were going to get their settlement. unbelievable! i wrote this investment off when ASS-IF was charged with ripping off an 80yr lady what a douchebag! if anything becomes of this its found money for me! the problem with attraction to pennyland is you can get so many more shares than buying 1 microsoft (which you know is quality but would never make you a small fortune). hopefully everyone (not the scammers and pumpers and bashers of course) find their one penny stock that flies like an eagle some day that always brings a smile to your face and bragging rights you found a jewel!

Everything down here in the pinks is wait wait wait wait while the pumpers pump the scam artist scam or the conmen con. Wait till the bankruptcy is over, wait till the next court date, wait till they release the financials, wait till the reverse merger wait for the 8K.

The new date will most likely lead to a new date which will most likely lead to a new date while the relief money fades and this goes back to triple zero 1 or NO BID or it goes dark and still back to triple zero 1, NO BID.

Either way to the young and the new this BET this GAMBLE is a very long shot like all of the other things here in the pinks. Never bet more than you could afford to lose. All of the money will go to the pumpers and scammers and con men.

as long as us shareholders still have valid shares in the company something good has to eventually happen. we already know the company does 125k in revenue per month from the reports they had to file and that is over 1.5 mil in revenue a year with no one cracking the whip. margins at a junkyard have to be north of 70% i would assume. it will be interesting how much tax loss carryforward they will have to protect future profits too- might be one reason this did not go chapter 7 and liquidate and lose out on those tax credits. nobody likes to pay taxes thats for sure!

i agree with FLA Boy (worth more than its at now) - i would be buying if i did not have so many shares already so just sitting and waiting. i went to the Nevada business site where Green parts is/was incorporated and they had a person named King associated with Green parts so sent him an email - don't expect a response from him either but always worth a try.
