Oh they only have 43k worth of liabilities as well where as assets are nearly 3 Million.

The outstanding shares are 164,730,800, authorized shares are 300,000,000, float is around 12,000,000 I believe. The O/S hasn't changed in over a year and maybe even longer than that. The float was increased due to some restricted shares being sold by someone who had less than 5% and therefore did not need to file. Any volume would get this thing rolling and hopefully some will come from this Q10.

Revenue went from 0 last quarter to $979,000 this quarter. Its an improvement to say the least. Also, I think the next quarter should be way bigger. If you look at the Network Activity on www.celtrek.com (subsidiary) there are more than 50,000 people using their network as of this moment. Since you have to spend at least $79 to be using the network, that would be almost $4 Million in sales. These are people using the network at any given moment, so i'm sure that sales will be a lot higher than that. $979,000 considering the product wasn't on the market for a lot of the quarter is nothing to be complaining about. This is a great start, and things will speed up very quickly here in my opinion. They've got a great product and a great alternative to roaming charges and this is only the beginning. We are still very over sold

Fairly large spread, looking at .15 and .195 this morning.

slowly moving up today, enough to get over the downtrend line atleast for the time being, money flow heading in the right direction again and macd crossed a little ways back. Bollies are also pinching and PPO divergence is getting less negative. Most of the indicators are turning upward. the stochastic is also crossing 20 which is a good sign. Also, don't forget about the news coming at the end of the month. Either the news is unexpected, in which case we will see a nice day the earnings are released, or the news is expected so we will see a nice rise up from the people who want to get in before the news. Either way, end of month looks good. For now, lets hope these indicators are on the money and we get another nice day tomorrow. And although people usually like bigger volume, the small volume today was enough to get the thing moving, means selling is minimal now. If volume picks up, things could get even more interesting :). Really like my .14 average now.
