According to OTC Markets it is on the greys - No recent bid or ask quotes are available because no market makers share data or quote greys. There is no quoting system available to record and settle trades. You just put in a bid and hope someone buys your lot.

I can't believe Hill did this. He raised the AS to pay to get the back financials done. He did 2009 amendment and that was it. Hill really F 't this one up. 141M OS and he had 1B AS. Plenty of room to raise money for financials.

no. the stock is currently suspended. if the registration is not revoked first, trading will resume on the grey market july 17th.

the suspension will not be lifted even if the company brings all their delinquent filings up to date. if they do bring their filings up to date, this will still resume trading on the grey market.

yes trading will resume on the 16th but you still won't see a bid or ask. it will be trading on the grey market. that is of course if the registration is not revoked first.

The SEC wasn't kidding when they suspended over 800 other stocks for failure to file Financials and then revoked every one of those stocks on DEFAULT, ie., failure to file Financials.

And the SEC isn't kidding with GMXS.

The SEC has the authority to suspend the trading of a security for up to 10 trading days to protect investors. The SEC has this ability under Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The SEC will make the decision to do this based on an investigation and will then issue a press release detailing the reason for the suspension. The most common reason for suspension is due to a lack of publicly available, relevant and current financial information.

When the SEC Suspends a stock for failure to file Financials the SEC Admin Law Judge will revoke the stock registration of GMXS even if GMXS were to file any Financials during the Suspension. Simply, it is too late for GMXS to remedy the situation.

Of course, GMXS could always try to file a NEW stock registration but that would not help shareholders of the current stock that will be revoked.

I recommend reading the SEC Suspension and Revocation board to learn what will happen to GMXS.

GMXS hasn't filed any Financials since July, 2009. The SEC will move quickly to revoke GMXS's stock registration after the Suspension expires in 10 days.

I wouldn't say I am 100% sure. But GMXS filed 8k just a couple of days ago and I finally see the reason for the filing now.

It is most likely the company will keep updating the company filings before July 16th. Otherwise, why did they file 8k ?

Let's wait and see. there is nothing else we can do.
