Mr. Johnson is the company's President and CEO. He has extensive experience in managing both public companies and large sales organizations. He is responsible for leading the senior management team, managing the company's capital requirements, establishing the company's vision and direction, and long-range planning. Mr. Johnson's background includes serving for six years in U.S. Army Military Intelligence. He attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California and is fluent in German. After receiving his Top Secret Security Clearance-SCI, Mr. Johnson worked with the International Security Command (INSCOM) and the National Security Agency. After returning to civilian life and passing the NASD Series 7 and Series 63 securities license exams in 1990, Mr. Johnson joined Equity Services, Inc., a national full service broker-dealer, as a registered representative. Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of New York.

Mr. Reincke is the company's Chief Operating Officer and CFO. He is responsible for management of the company's day-to-day operations, as well as negotiating distribution agreements with our suppliers. In addition to overseeing the company's sales and distribution activities, he also supervises the production of the company's video content. He is actively involved with the first responder community and has participated in a range of special training exercises with law enforcement, fire departments, National Guard Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) teams, corrections personnel and National Institute of Justice/Office of Law Enforcement Technology Commercialization. He has also completed specialized instruction in WMD/Terrorism awareness for emergency responders from the National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center. Mr. Reincke is a past member of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO). He was a National Merit Scholar in 1975.

Mr. Stubblefield graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Business Degree in Management Information Systems. As the company's Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for all software development, engineering and technical operations, including technology strategy, engineering, architecture and site operations. He also oversees security and content management for the company's various e-commerce websites, and manages the company's search engine optimization programs which increase website traffic and maintain our top tier product rankings. His experience includes development, support and maintenance of information technology and architecture for various public and private companies, including developing the information technology and architecture for Aegis Assessments, Inc.; developing core software for a web-based electronic medical claims processing system at Office Ally; and creating intranet web systems for Valence Semiconductor, Inc.

Mr. Coskun graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.A. in political science. He most recently worked for the Leadership at the Arizona House of Representatives in Phoenix. His experience includes working for and lobbying various Congressmen, Senators, and State Representatives. Mr. Coskun is currently heading up First Responder Product's competitive bidding department and spearheading several initiatives aimed at generating both publicity and significant revenue for the Company that include building relationships with large defense contractors. Several of his initiatives are "green" initiatives targeted at the federal government and state government agencies, relying on Executive orders and Federal Trade Commission Guidelines that require government agencies to make major purchases of "green" products.
