Full Motion Beverage, Inc. (FMBV) is in the business of developing, marketing and distributing non-alcoholic beverage brands that are either proprietary or exclusively represented. The FMBV subsidiary, Performaxx Brands, Inc., continues to develop and market new and exciting products.
Performaxx Brand, Inc. has a primary focus of developing proprietary brands and is also working under contract with well recognized external brands, who wish to establish new distribution channels. Performaxx currently holds the trademark to Energize, Mojava & Lean Lemon Brands. Our strategy allows us access to key relationships that our management team has developed throughout their careers. We distribute our products through established distributors, virtually all of which are well known to our management team from prior business dealings in the beverage industry.
The company was formerly known as Web2 Corp. and changed its name to Full Motion Beverage, Inc. in December 2008.
