Friday Night Inc. and MariMed Sign Licensing Agreement for Nevada

Friday Night Inc. (CSE:TGIF) (OTC:VPGDF) (FRA:1QF) announced this morning that it has entered into an agreement with MariMed Advisors, a division of MariMed Inc. (OTC:MRMD).

The agreement is an exclusive licensing deal to produce MariMed's THC products including their unique sublingual “Melts” product line, a THC and CBD “Mints” line, “Kalm Corn” products and the “Betty Eddies” and “Berry Bombs” line of products. MariMed’s Kalm Fusion branded line of cannabis-infused products, are all natural, precisely dosed products that let users select the speed at which cannabis therapies are delivered through the body.

Exclusive Product Licensing Agreement in Nevada

Alternative Medicine Association, a Friday Night company, will, on an exclusive basis, produce and distribute these and other MariMed products using their proprietary processes and distribute these products to all dispensaries in Nevada.

MariMed has a reputation for exact dosing delivered in unique, convenient packages for both medicinal and recreational uses. This is a similar deal to the one that Gilla Inc. (OTC:GLLA) signed with Alternative Medicine Association to launch Gilla's new portfolio of cannabis concentrates in Nevada.

Cultivation LOI

In addition to the exclusive product licensing agreement, Alternative Medicine Association entered into a separate LOI with MariMed on behalf of their client, Harvest Foundation, a Nevada cultivation licensee for medical and recreational cannabis, to operate and manage the 10,000 sq. ft. grow facility which is conveniently located adjacent to the current AMA facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. This provides many logistical advantages to both parties. Under the LOI, AMA will manage the Harvest Foundation cultivation and will purchase all of the trim and flower produced at a fixed cost per pound. The trim will be used to produce oil, some of which will be used to infuse the products manufactured for MariMed and the remaining to be used for AMA products.

Friday Night is pleased to have partnered with MariMed Advisors, allowing AMA to expand their product offering and most importantly, secure a source of additional trim and flower supply in the expanding Nevada market.

Friday Night Pleased With The Reception of Adult-Use Cannabis in Nevada
Calgary, Alberta – July 4th, 2017 – Friday Night Inc. (the "Company") (CSE:TGIF) (FRANKFURT:1QF) is
pleased to provide an update on the State of Nevada becoming the 5th US State to introduce adult-use
cannabis just days ago on July 1st, 2017.
Green fireworks lit up the Las Vegas sky at midnight as reported by CNN, CBS and others.  Nevada now
allows adults 21 and older to purchase and possess up to one ounce of cannabis after the new law was
approved by voters in November of 2016.    An estimated two thirds of all purchases will come from
tourists visiting the state.
Several reports suggest that many of the 44 licensed retail outlets in Nevada had "customers lined up
around the corner," with 39 of those locations being right in the city of Las Vegas, where the Company’s
asset, Alternative Medicine Association is located.    Nevada now joins Alaska, Colorado, Oregon and
Washington with a new recreational law and regulation for adult-use cannabis.  There are currently 29
states with a medicinal program in place already, and more expected soon.  Colorado alone represented
over one billion dollars in sales in 2016, which generated over two hundred million dollars in tax revenue
for the state.  It also created over 18,000 full-time jobs there last year alone and sales continue to grow
at over 30% per year.   We feel the Company is very well positioned with Nevada being a very highly
anticipated new market.
State Senator, Tick Segerblom, considered to be the "godfather of the marijuana movement" in Nevada
considers the new legal cannabis market to be the most heavily regulated industry in the whole state,
expected to generate well over $60 million in tax revenue over the next two years.  The proceeds from
the 15% cultivation tax on all cannabis products in the state will go toward schools, and a 10% tax
collected from recreational cannabis sales will go toward a rainy day fund for the state.
Mr. Mark Zobrist, director of Alternative Medicine Association, LC, the Company’s 91% subsidiary,
commented, "We expected a good turnout to kickoff the July 1 adult-use celebration, but lines were still
exceeding 100 people, 6 hours later at some locations.  We were making deliveries to stock retail stores
until 11pm Friday night.  Our grower commented that at this rate the state could be out of cannabis by
the end of the month."

Friday Night Updates On Recreational License and State of Affairs in Nevada
Calgary, Alberta – June 28th, 2017 – Friday Night Inc. (the "Company") (CSE:TGIF) (FRANKFURT:1QF) is
pleased to provide on update on the Company’s recreational license, as well as an update on the current
landscape in Clark County, Nevada, as it relates to the proposed July 1st, 2017 roll-out of adult-use
cannabis.
Brian Sandoval, the governor of Nevada has already included $70 million dollars in projected revenues
from the new taxes on both medical and recreational marijuana this fiscal year.    To accelerate those
revenues, the State and local governments have worked tirelessly to begin new recreational sales by July
1st, 2017.  Friday Night has applied to the State and received its conditional approval to cultivate and
process recreational marijuana effective July 1st, 2017.  The Company has also submitted its business
license application and is waiting for an appointment with the zoning department in Clark County as the
final step to receive its recreational permits.
The language in the original statute required that only licensed wholesale alcohol distributors could
transport the recreational marijuana from the cultivator to the dispensary.  The State determined that
there would not be enough alcohol distributors to meet the demand for recreational transportation and
initially ruled that existing medical marijuana entities could also transport their own product to market.  
The alcohol distributors sued to block the State’s decision.  On Tuesday, June 20th, the judge sided with
the alcohol distributors and ruled that only alcohol distributors could be licensed to transport
recreational marijuana.  The State immediately approved the 5 alcohol distributors who had applied to
transport the recreational marijuana.  Since they have not handled this specific product before, they are
now scrambling to get their facilities and equipment qualified to be ready by July 1st.  There may be
minor deficiencies in meeting the initial surge in demand for getting product from the cultivators to the
dispensaries but it will be ironed out and the flow will be handled as it has in other States that have
done similar.    The Company does not anticipate any problems or significant delays.    The Company
continues to produce high quality flower and extracts and looks forward to the projected increase in
revenues from recreational sales.
