do u realize if they announce a prepackaged debt for equity 300mm of debt this stock is worth;less
sure u may get .10 for a few hours
but it truly will be worthlesse

if u have conventional dip financing and to be determined sometime in the future plan of exit then u can make a lot of money
here it most probably be prepackaged and u r screwed

u gotta be aware of what u r investing in
best case they go bk and u can play the bounce without the debt conversion which they will do only maybe 6 mos from now

worst case they convert the 300mm into equity tomorrow and its a worthless stock prob 7 cents going to zero tomorrow

one thing is guaranteed bad news is a guarantee tomorrow
