Corporate Strategy

Due to the back-end automation of each F3 product, customer purchases are handled by the software application itself. An order e-mail is sent to F3's product administrator, who logs in and creates the account for the new customer in a process that takes less than 15 minutes. F3 is entering its markets with attractive pricing, which will increase the customer base quickly, generate referral business and lead to positive customer feedback. F3 believes its competition oversells, over promises and under delivers.

The potential market for Interaction™ includes organizations and associations such as churches, schools, homeowner associations and other membership based associations. Finally, the potential market for Fargo Tube™ includes any entity or individual seeking to promote their products, productions, films and general video content.

1.) FargoTunes http://www.fargotunes.com is a music distribution service created with the artist in mind. It allows artists, labels and producers of all genres, the abiltity to get their music heard in the most amount of places, by the most amount of users...so the artist can get paid 100% of their royalties and control their success on their own terms. FargoTunes does not keep any of the money the artist makes from their sales. Aslo, FargoTunes will help with marketing, promotions, industry advice and provide the artist with the tools they need to become a self sustaining artist in the music and entertainment business.

2.) FargoTube http://www.fargotube.com is an online video sharing software engine for users seeking to profit from their on-line video content in three different ways. First, FT allows users to upload proprietary video content and sell it to other users resulting in income for the host and video owner. Secondly, FT will share ad revenue generated by videos offered for sale or for free with the video owner. Also, FT will share a portion of any profits made by users they referred to FT as an affiliate commission.

3.) Interaction Community System http://www.interactions.com provides neighborhoods, communities, church organizations, homeowner's associations (HOAs) and other similar type groups with a reliable, online solution for valuable services such as residential directories, accounting, voting, website creation, facility management and scheduling, newsletters, announcements, vendor sharing, e-commerce, accounting, classifieds, and message boards. Interaction offers features that allow residents of these communities to stay informed and become involved. No other solution on the market offers the number of features at such an affordable price.

4.) Interactive Defense Systems http://www.interactivedefense.com IDS is a web-based on-demand Software-as-a- Service (SaaS) system that intergrates your city's website with a multi-directional communication tool that instantly connects your leadership, public safety departments and residents they are sworn to protect and serve.
