Dynamo™ Gasoline Octane Booster which we believe dramatically improves octane and increases the miles per gallon (mpg). We suggest Dynamo™ Gasoline Octane Booster allows consumers to purchase regular 87 octane gasoline and increase the power and performance of that fuel to equal that of superior high test 93 octane gasoline, by adding a bottle of our Dynamo™ Gasoline Octane Booster to their tank at fill up.

Dynamo™ Diesel Cetane Booster has been to shown to deliver an average Cetane rating over 52 when added to regular diesel fuel at fill up. We believe Dynamo™ Diesel Cetane Booster improves engine performance, power, and increases miles per gallon along with improving cold flow, increasing lubricity and cleaning fuel injectors.

Our opinion is that methanol based fuels are environmentally superior to gasoline, typically releasing 73% less co2 and 68% less heat into the atmosphere than regular gasoline. CyberFuels, "Enhanced Methanol Gasoline" contains 85% methanol, 14% gasoline and 1% CyberFuels patented additive.

Mr. Doherty has extensive experience in software and healthcare technologies.

STOCKHOLDERS UPDATE 7/14/2015

Dear Stockholders, 

It has been approximately 3 months since our last stockholders update. In that update I covered two major initiatives in our fuel sector and one in our healthcare market. Each of these initiatives has progressed well. We believe that our progress places the company in a very strong position to continue our growth in these markets. 

Our distribution of Dynamo™ Cetane Booster through Pilot and Flying J Plazas has been very successful. CyberFuels Dynamo sales have increased each week since we initiated the program. We believe that our advertising program on Sirius XM Radio, Road Dog Trucking Radio, has been very effective in bringing in new customers and our repeat sales have been very positive. We expect Dynamo™ sales volumes at Pilot to continue this upward trend and we are hopeful that we will add additional plazas throughout the US within the quarter. 

It is also noteworthy that we have numerous regional and national trucking companies using and or testing our product. We are optimistic that this trend will continue and new regional and national trucking companies will join the ranks of our dedicated Dynamo™ community. 

I mentioned in our last update that we were negotiating for new fuel facilities in West Palm Beach. These negotiations have progressed well and have allowed us to begin fuel sales and be in a position to meet future sales volumes. We have in fact begun selling EcoFlex 96™ to a Municipal Government in South Florida for use in their flex-fuel vehicles. The news of CyberFuels Municipal Government contract for EcoFlex 96™ has raised interest from other Municipal Governments and we are hopeful that this will translate into new sales this quarter. 

The municipal Government contract in South Florida represents a very exciting milestone for our company. With current interest from various States and Municipalities, the roll out of EcoFlex 96™ into Florida is seen by management as a major step forward in having EcoFlex 96™ become a recognized national fuel brand. 

We will be exhibiting on August 27-29th at the Great American Truck Show (GATS) in Dallas, Texas. We are looking forward to meeting with both our current and potential customers and expect to have an exciting and profitable show. Dynamo™ will be available at our booth as will our staff to answer any questions on our premium product line. 

Management has also been extremely busy on the Healthcare sector. While I am currently prohibited from giving details regarding our recent developments, I anticipate releasing news on new developments in this part of our business in the near future.

I can, however, say that the investment was a good faith commitment towards the completion of an international contract and was done at no discount to the market. 

Another inquiry has been focused on our previously announced distribution partners. The distributors that we have signed continue to work diligently in our joint interest to introduce our family of products to their respective target markets. 

I am very proud to say that they are making very solid progress towards that goal. 

I have recently returned from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago where we had meetings with 
government officials, in conjunction with our partners Spion Kop. Spion Kop is responding to significant interest in Trinidad and from companies that possess the blending and distribution capacity to deliver to the Caribbean directly from Trinidad which is a Member Nation of Caricom. 

Distribution from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago for the Caribbean is our ultimate objective. Trinidad produces 6.5 million tonnes/year of Methanol as well as the feedstock of gasoline; these are the two key ingredients for Singular 96™. Trinidad already supplies most of the fuels to the Caribbean, however the Caribbean has to import additional 70MM barrels of Fuel outside of the Caribbean annually. Manufacturing in Trinidad will help supply this shortfall. By producing a "Caricom Product" with the "Certificate of Origin" from within the Caricom Territory, we will be exempt from a Common External Tariff (a Tax applicable to Foreign fuel of approximately 8%). 

A Trinidad hub will allow us to meet the needs of the Caribbean Island Nations, providing them with a low cost, premium quality alternative to gasoline. Shaun Spiers, President of Spion Kop states, "We have met with major companies and the pertinent government officials of Trinidad. We have received gracious assistance at all levels to help expedite the processes of moving CyberFuels products into the Trinidad market and beyond." 

We are working with, and providing the government of Trinidad with all necessary data to approve the sale of Singular 96™ throughout Trinidad and its neighbouring export Island Nations. 

We announced a Joint venture agreement In January. The JV required the party to provide certain funds to finish development of our Dynamo™ Additives. While the negotiations progressed, CyberFuels completed the development of the products and started selling Dynamo™ products in April. This was accomplished without the assistance of the potential JV partner, and thus the original agreement was unable to be completed. We have continued to try to complete a transaction but, to date, have not been able to agree on terms which would exclude our Dynamo™ products. 

Additionally, we have signed an agreement to sell our Dynamo™ family of products in Russia. Our liaison there is a significant Russian Energy company. They are currently testing our products for sale throughout their network. We have been informed that they are close to completing their testing ,and though we can not guarantee they will place an order, we feel confident the order is imminent. 

Lastly, we have been very successful in gaining momentum in the US. We have had multiple meetings with State agenciesand have scheduled meetings with the "Big Three" auto manufacturers. One of those manufacturers, Toyota, has already run tests with methanol based fuels which, according to their own data, are very encouraging. 

We are confident that all three will conclude, as we have, that Singular 96™ drives with the same or better performance characteristics as gasoline but with less harmful environmentaleffect and significantly less cost. We have come along way in a short time and with limited resources. In this process, we have protected each of our stockholders interest. We are now market ready with the CyberFuels complete product line. As part of our continued efforts to increase the visibility of CyberFuels products we are making application for a tier 4 membership to the Methanol Institute. Dear Stockholders, 

EncounterCare Solutions through its subsidiary CyberFuels, Inc. is entering an exciting new frontier. As you are aware, CyberFuels started marketing our new Dynamo™ Branded Additives in early April 2014. The Products have been received extremely well by both the general consuming public as well as corporate business clients. We have filled hundreds of orders since April for clients, and have a brisk repeat customer business. In fact, this past Friday we received and filled orders for 40 cases and a 55 barrel drum. Currently, we ship in case lots and in 5 and 55 gallon drums. 

While this is exciting, it has proven to have its challenges. We immediately out grew our warehouse space and our bottling operation. Therefore, we have moved to a new facility with approximately 7000 square feet of warehouse and operational space. We expect to add up to an additional 10,000 square feet of space which will include lab facilities for research and development as well as general and administrative officespace. Sales for the product have expanded from the South Eastern US to most of the US as well as the Caribbean, Asia, Russia, and Canada. 

In order to meet these challenges, we have taken an equity investment from a global automotive marketing company. We expect details of the transaction and agreement will be released within the next 90 days. This investment will assist us in meeting the challenges of our expansion which will enable us to meet the growing demand for our products. The market for Auto and Truck additives is expected to be $1.6 B in 2015. 

Our Fuel business has not taken a back seat but rather has been steadily enhancing its position and brand in the market place. In fact, we currently have active discussions with two state agencies regarding selling our fuel, Singular 96™ in travel plazas and in their state fleets. This has been a slow process but we remain pleased that our research has proven that our fuel out performs regular gasoline in both mileage and performance. Additionally, we have programs on the fuel going in Russia and active meetings with Governments in the Caribbean to use and sell Singular 96. While the Additive market is significant, it is the opinion of management that our Fuel Sales will far outpace the additives after the introduction to the marketplace is complete. In fact, we anticipate having the necessary resources to expand the fuel market much quicker now that our additive sales have proven successful. 

Additionally, EncounterCare has filed a provisional patent, Patent Pending No. 62029878 for our Dynamo™ Cetane and Octane Boosters. We anticipate finalizing this patent and our patent pending Eco-Island patent before January 2015. These new Patent filings strengthen our position in the market place. 

CyberFuels has developed additional products that will be added to the Dynamo family during this quarter. 

This update is focused on our fuel and Additive products. An additional update will be provided separately to address recent developments in the Healthcare division
