CyberFuels EcoFlex96, EMG 96 products offer a seamless, high octane alternative to gasoline.

CyberFuels EcoFlex96, EMG 96 products can be transported, stored and pumped like regular gasoline and have obtained an "A" anticorrosion rating from multiple independent laboratory tests. Unlike other proposed fuel options, there is no need to retrofit your car's engine.

CyberFuels proprietary products are sold under the brand names EcoFlex96™, Imperial 96™, EMG 96™, and Noventa y Seis Mas™ and Eco Island Blend™, a hygroscopic (water absorbing) fuel.

The CyberFuels lines of products also include "Dynamo™" brands.

Dynamo™ Gasoline Octane Booster which we believe dramatically improves octane and increases the miles per gallon (mpg). We suggest Dynamo™ Gasoline Octane Booster allows consumers to purchase regular 87 octane gasoline and increase the power and performance of that fuel to equal that of superior high test 93 octane gasoline, by adding a bottle of our Dynamo™ Gasoline Octane Booster to their tank at fill up.

Dynamo™ Diesel Cetane Booster has been to shown to deliver an average Cetane rating over 52 when added to regular diesel fuel at fill up. We believe Dynamo™ Diesel Cetane Booster improves engine performance, power, and increases miles per gallon along with improving cold flow, increasing lubricity and cleaning fuel injectors.

Our opinion is that methanol based fuels are environmentally superior to gasoline, typically releasing 73% less co2 and 68% less heat into the atmosphere than regular gasoline. CyberFuels, "Enhanced Methanol Gasoline" contains 85% methanol, 14% gasoline and 1% CyberFuels patented additive. 


Electronic House Call Technology, has obtained approval from the
Department of Veterans Affairs for national implementation of the EHC in its system.

Mr. Mills has twenty-one years senior management experience in the healthcare industry owning a regional homecare company with offices in Southeastern, US.
He has served as a board member for Richland Children's Hospital and a member of Medical Product Sales Advisory Committee.
Additionally, Mr. Mills served as Chairman of the Health Industry Distributor's Association. He earned his B.A. degree and M.A. degree from the University of South Carolina.
Mr. Mills has addressed Congressional oversight committees and speaks nationally on healthcare issues.

Mr. Brian Pybus, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pybus is a Certified Public Accountant with a background in carrying out independent assessment of effectiveness of policies, procedures, and standards by which organizations financial, physical and information resources are managed; including recommendation of solutions for business processes and organizational problems, internal control analysis, and accurately communicating all deficiencies and recommendations to Senior Management. Ability to strategically set plan for the department based on performance of annual risk assessment including identifying the risk universe, assessing inherent risk and assigning a risk rating to auditable areas in order to optimize time and resources. He is familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and risk based approach used to determine areas that are both material and which pose a risk to reliable financial reporting, including scoping of financial statements, evaluating internal controls at the entity level, process and transaction level, as well as documenting the overall effectiveness of controls and areas for improvement.

Personal health, wellness product market to reach $8B by 2018
The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) has announced the results of a new report which predicts more than a 142 percent increase in personal health and wellness product sales and software and service revenues over the next five years.

During this period, product sales of software and service revenues will see the largest growth, according to the report, having generated more than $3.3 billion of revenue in 2013, and growing to more than $8 billion by 2018. With more than 40 million personal health and wellness products having sold in 2013, the figure is expected to rise to more than 70 million by 2018.

I am pleased to inform you that during the past six weeks CyberFuels has completely transformed its bottling, warehousing and distribution capability for its Dynamo™ family of products. Our new program greatly enhances our capabilities.

The growth in sales for our Dynamo ™ products continues to be excellent. Our Cetane product line is selling extremely well and I expect the demand to continue to grow substantially into the next quarter. Our expanded bottling, warehousing and distribution capabilities allow us to handle continued expansion from within our current customer base, and is highly scalable to facilitate expected further retail growth.

Additionally, we have completely retooled our Dynamo™ packaging to meet the new D.O.T. guidelines.

These centralized Dynamo™ efficiencies will significantly reduce our corporate overhead costs, such as warehousing and transportation while, at the same time enhance the bottom line and increase the company’s profits.

We have been very busy getting the above completed. These are significant milestones for the company. We now have the ability to meet any orders for our Dynamo™ products globally in a timely and much more profitable manner. Now that this new capability is completed, I expect that it will free up much needed time for us to continue developing the distribution of EcoFlex 96 ™. We are continuing our negotiations, sales, and logistical development in Canada, and Florida as well as Washington State, Oregon and Northern California. We have two additional ongoing International sales negotiations that have been in various stages of development for the past 6 months that still continue to move forward with significant progress made in both in the past four weeks.

CyberCare Health
As I stated in my last update we have been working in concert with several health professionals and health care companies since early January. Our focus has been on developing a wellness and health management program.

EncounterCare Solutions’ health data management system incorporates our newly developed remote health monitoring technology -- forming a seamless end-to-end, sensor-to-server program which we intend to focus initially on comprehensive corporate trucking health initiatives.

Our new health and wellness programs have been designed to help our nations trucking industry comply with new D.O.T. regulations coming into effect in 2017. These regulations mandate truckers to electronically log in drive time, break time and sleep time. Our new technology has been designed to allow truckers to electronically collect and wirelessly comply with the aforementioned D.O.T. regulations.

These regulations are expected have a dramatic effect on the trucking industry resulting in an anticipated shortage of over 1 million drivers in 2017-2018.

Our new health and wellness program is focused exactly on this sector and I believe it will be both a tremendous aid for the fleets of America to track the wellness of their most important assets, their drivers, but I also believe that the program will be an individual driver runaway best seller.

CyberFuels will be attending the Great American Truck Show in Dallas again this year. This is North America’s premier trucking event. We will have a much bigger presence at the show this year as we introduce our new healthcare program for truckers which will be on display at our booth along with an expanded marketing effort for our Dynamo™ product line.

We have numerous other programs that are in process but the changes that have been highlighted here are the features of this update. I hope that you will recognize the importance of our new capabilities and I expect that our growth in all sectors of our business will be positively affected by these new changes.
