Telemedia has negotiated a deal with Five9 Solutions to test their
online solution for a period of 90-100 days. Should the test of
approximately 30 seats prove itself, then the center shall revamp to
50% or 60 seats. This will continue over the next few months until all
are replaced. The solution reduces the overhead costs of telecom
support and increases availability of systems, and the ability to run
as many campaigns as the center is involved in. The center would then
be able to fulfill long- or short-term, inbound or outbound services
as requirements arise. We expect to begin testing within two weeks and
judging by our initial reviews expect Five9 to exceed all of
Telemedia's requirements.
