I am not super familiar with securities fraud, or how public companies are required to report financials and stock deals and those impacts, so what's the best place to get some answers to those kinds of questions?

I find it interesting that others have questioned or pointed out Jay Kothari's many business associations over the last few years. A lot of good, interesting content here about Jay's history.
