Bix you make more accusations and like to exercise "Selective Bias" and want to call the company a liar and me as well. Well I am the IR so take your complaint to the SEC. I have not deleted your negatives, I have refuted each one and for that I got scolded here by BOP.

Gary and Frank are the biggest name callers on that thread. Prior to 5/11/01, I dont' recall one post they did not label me a basher. They use terms like SPIN instead of addressing the real questions.

Now since your post, I am reading a comment by Gary that indicates he will delete more of my posts. That is a shame considering his self admited financial interest in this stock. Its biased. Plain and simple. I have not heard from IHUB on this issue, only you. I guess I need to address Matt to get IHUB's stance on this.

I have read Gary's posts for some time. I have seen no evidence to support this claim. Further I believe "impression management" was coined by the media during the Nixon administration. though I could be wrong I don't think we have Gary to thank for that.

Democracy is based not on the pricipal of protecting the rights of the majority. It is based on the pricipal of protecting the rights of the minority from oppression and discrimination by the majority. Gary wants a FEUDAL form of government that allows COBs the authority to oppress the views of the minority. I want a demorcracy, and if you take a poll, so does the majority.

I'm sorry but a pure Democracy typically ignores the minority. This country does not meet the technical definition of a pure democracy partially because of the attention given the minority opinion. Further, and again based on longtime review of Gary's posts, I disagree that he seeks a return to a feudal governing system. He does appear to show many conservative values.

I want a demorcracy, and if you take a poll, so does the majority.

If you review the contest over the past few weeks here at IHUB. you'll discover that, like many businesses in this country and abroad, it is not a democracy and never will be.

If you allow posts to be deleted, their needs to be an easy way to have them reposted if it is dertimined the COB is wrong.

IHUB has in place an excellent system for review of deleted posts. those that have been deemed appropriate have been restored. I see no reason to expect differently in the future.

Unless you missed one, Have you not already pointed out all of the "basher" posts to Gary? and hasn't he deleted all of those you complained about? further are there not posts wherein you use other derogatory terms concerning Gary that remain on the CBQI thread?

In reviewing the "big picture" I have taken all of these things into account. Yes there has been some namecalling by both sides of the argument on that thread. Many were removed but not all. Perhaps some remain because the majority of the post is relevant and the CoB felt they should remain even though the poster erred by adding an attacking one-liner. I don't know, I haven't crawled inside Gary's head to figure out what he is doing. That isn't my responsiblity. It also isn't admins responsiblity. Neither is it admin's responsibility to soothe the hurt feelings of someone that has been losing an argument.
This is what I mean by "get over it" and move on. Learn from your mistakes. Come back better prepared. Have more evidence. Be able to prove your claims. Those that think a good arguing style is to pick apart the posters communication skills are sadly underprepared. Sit in on a debate competition and see haw far that style goes. Do your homework and sit at the table for as long as you can keep presenting facts. Start namecalling and you get escorted from the building. Without a review.

I absolutely agree! It would almost be best if the chairmen had NO interest whatsoever in the boards they chair. Of course who would then want to be the chairmen. Only promoters and people with financial interests seem to want to be the chairman.

Also, power corrupts. I personally believe that some RB and Yahoo TOS people delete posts/users which are not tos violations while overlooking TOS violations of other posters. For personal gain? I know yahoo now charges these public companies to be in their search engines. Conflict of interest. Can any message board be run fairly? I don't think so, some are just more fair than others.

There's a certain promoter here who states he has no interest whatsoever in the stocks he touts. Why then has he wasted years touting these stocks by starting so many boards if not for some sort of gain? He's done years worth of research, attended all shareholder meetings, toured the factories, met everyone who works there... Even momo players quickly move from one stock to another. Why does he also go to such extremes to attack people, delete their posts, threaten to sue them, harass them if not for some sort of gain? I'm a chairman of a board and I hate it, being attacked, trying to do the fair thing... How does that go? I wouldn't want anyone to be president who wants to be president. A very tough job. No thanks.

In this particular instance we aren't talking about a "personal board". The board in question is a stock board. Posts have not been deleted "willy-nilly". In fact there are many posts that I personally would have deleted from several posters for personal attack and thread disruption. The post in question was Off Topic to the thread it was posted on. Simple, straightforward. As far as I can see there hasn't been any discrimination towards Bixmann by being deleted. If anything I think some of the others posting there may have been discriminated against because their personal attacks (directed at Bixmann) were deleted while his weren't. Ultimately though Bixmann appears to be inspiring Gary and several others on the board to bone up on their research to refute Bixmann's claims. Since no one is hurt by this exchange of information, if that is the reason for the latitude given Bixmann then the end justifies the means.
Stock Boards can still suffer from thread disruption, just like Personal boards. The criteria for off topic has to be pretty strict. As I said previously, If Gary had deleted ALL previously Off Topic posts made by Bixmann perhaps this issue would not have arisen. Alas thread moderation is not an exact science. We must leave it in the hands of individuals. As long as there is a reasonable grievance procedure, things should work out OK.
Granted, so far I have upheld the CoB's decision. But a post will come that has been unreasonably deleted. Rest assured I will recommend that post be reinstated.
Additionaly, and this goes for everyone. The number one post killer is *OFF TOPIC*. Post in the right thread and your chance of deletion drops way down. And don't beat yourself up over getting a post deleted. Find the thread it belongs on and put it there!

Regrettably I am not employed by IHUB at the present time. I am also not a Self appointed CoB. I was recruited by persons closely associated with IHUB and asked to take over stewardship of the ADAPT thread. this thread is currently being revamped and will debut later this week. Additionally, I have helped to provide both Matt and Bob with advice and an ear towards the improvement of IHUB.
Also be advised that IHUB admin (Matt) has the final word concerning deletion and/or restoration of posts. He does read and review what is presented here and makes his own judgement in his own time.
The Article you posted would fit in other threads as I stated earlier. I encourage you to revist the link where you obtained it and repost on a more appropriate thread. Be sure to include the original authors credit (if available). I am certain it would stimulate quite a discussion on the VOICE thread in particular.
Concerning the "Big Picture", I believe my comments were directed at both sides of your argument with Gary. Perhaps if I put it more simply. It belongs on the Parking Lot...IMO. That goes for both of you! 8>)

Further it appears that by the tone and number of your posts you are bordering on harrassment of the CBQI thread. Gary seems to be allowing you a great deal of latitude that he has not allowed several other posters. He has deleted several others for PA and TD while allowing your posts to remain. That is his privilege as a CoB. IMHO, the more you let someone get away with, the more that they push the boundries. Often to the point of absurdity.

BTW, a great many people are confused by the Rights vs. Privileges issue. As a for instance we are guaranteed the RIGHT to the Pursuit of Happiness in the Constitution. However it would have to be a PRIVILEGE to actually be happy.
An example closer to home might be that we have a right to Free speech (we can't shout GUN in a high school lunch room) But we still must pay to put our message in the media (newpaper ad, tv ad, etc.) thus that is a privilege.

P.S. Deletion of negative posts is much more disruptive to the credibility of on-line stock sites than my posts are. What I find amazing is that since post 16 this thread has gone nutz. We are appraoching 100 posts and most are simply nonsense. However, I understand Bob made a request and thus if he starts deleting posts he contradicts his personal beliefs and moral obligation to himself.

And thus the point of the rules to prevent this is very validated and most of these posts should have been removed before it got this out of hand. Because it is still going on it raises the very question Is the examples set by Admin Bob's boards that he chairs of what IHUB will be like under Bobology?
