You could contact the company and your Broker to learn when the transaction takes effect.

The FINRA notation that I posted doesn't address those types of details.

Hi Renee,

I was wondering if you knew when this will all take place. The stock is in limbo right now. Are these terms still good? Taking the cash at $14.50 would be a terrible option as the last closing price for the stock was $18.04

DCBF: Cash/Stock merger; DCBF being acquired by First Commonwealth Financial Corp. (NYSE: FCF); for every 1 share of DCBF shareholders have the right to receive either a) $14.50 in cash or b) 1.427 shares of FCF; the per share consideration is subject to proration where approximately 20% of the total consideration will be paid in cash and 80% will be paid in stock.
