the impending R/S isnt until December so I think we have plenty of time for a good bounce. watch YRCW too. it has a great history of bouncing on pinches. Im hoping for a quick spike up on GNTA so I can exit before YRCW bottoms - looks like it has a couple days before Id consider a position. ONCS is another but low volume will probably keep me away.

Yea! Had my eye on GNTA but it didn't show any sign of a reversal until today...possibly. As long as it holds even or green today I'm in! Should be a good play!

Son of a! didnt see your post until just now. would have been a nice quick turn; that was nice! been traveling for work and dinkin' around with EVGI waiting for a pop - sold half yesterday and the rest this morning when BDPS didnt pump up the pinch. could be good for a re-entry later in a week or two but who knows. Watching GNTA intently though. had a couple good intra day swings that I didnt play - waiting for the daily for a double. if it closes even or green today I might just try it on. some of my indicators are turning. if the selling pressure stops from this financier selling his shares could be good for a pincher pop

There wasnt much volume prior to this extended decline. It certainly is in a pinch but not one I would feel comfortable picking a bottom. all the volume has been in this decline so its not the typical bounce Id like to see.

Just finishing my big board pincher PCRX today sometime most likely. The pincher scan has been light over the past week or two after SO many around from 8/5-8/12. Id say watch PCBK, WWON, CYBE, CHRM, CHKE. Some are a bit light on volume but look really nice. also GNTA might turn into a nice pinch in the next day or two and both that one and AQUS might be good penny bouncers.

good luck on ATTD if you do hit that one. BC's Bouncers board - might be following that one too;

I am Fu*&!ing kicking myself right now; read the damn chart wrong and missed out on at least half my gain on LEAP. should have known especially with the crazy insider buying going on trying to get control of company- damn it

said goodbye to LEAP this morning. caught between two of my sell indicators and as I (re) learned last week with SPLM; lock in solid gains, dont be greedy. same thing happened and she reversed w/ a quickness on me. found 2 very interesting plays. one needs a coulple days to mature before I make a call on it, but exited leap and poured it all into STXS, missed half of today's bounce but she should be good through to the end of the week. Would like to see north of 1.75 but dont see any reason it doesnt hit 1.5. We'll see how the indicators unroll and update then.

Have only been able to find insulation in a couple of budget cell carriers from this market craziness. entered leap prematurely, pulled out same day. Re-entered leap and pcs (to diverisfy haha) on monday. pcs is prettier on my chart setup, but leap has double the upside imo.

Wow. glad I took half off the table last night. SPLM really pissed me off today when I got a chance to look at it. Been wrapped up in meetings all day dang it. not that I could have gotten the rest of my position out at any better price than I did today. I thought she'd peeter out today but thought it would be at least in the same vicinity as yesterday's high- geesh.

This little bugger kind of ran away when I wasnt looking - thought the 8.15 bottomish area was going to stick around until the end of the day; came back from a meeting and it was in the 8.30's already- nice to see a strong close from there tho - if it would have dropped back I would have been a little peeved

hmmmm - thats a trade secret! lol! no, really though; its sort of chart recognition at this point. Everything for me starts off with the PPO/ADX lines and the MACD in some form or fashion for the buy and sell triggers.

it looks great but to be honest it kind of scares me at this point- the first pinch was awesome because there was still a *possibility of something coming in at the bell and turning it around; ie a competing offer...but at this point I think its pretty much done. not enough of a possibility to spark any sizeable rally; wayyyyy too much downside. I typically dont care what a company does, make widgets, sell do-hickies etc, but I do check their filings to make sure its not on the brink of a reverse split, or trading halt, or under investigation etc. Synth Trader (or maybe TycoonSoon?) brought up a good point a while back and I see many pinchers on chinese stocks, but they're too hot as many end up halted or some investigation reveals their balance sheets are actually empty or something like that. Pinchers are great, but not fool proof; a company that falls to zero will show a great pincher - doesnt mean there isnt a concrete reason its there. That being said, dont be deterred by bad news alone - many times these are the best pinchers; overreaction to some statement. the company comes back and clarifies and youre back off to the races! but Im pretty sure BGPIQ is done or close to it; but if youre a gambling man by all means....

Jumped out of VLNC today. Had some great news but this interim rally seems almost spent. Might have been 1 day early but 24% is a good deal for this trade. still holding a small position in NLST - double clutch start on it; hope today was the real start. time to flesh out a new one or two...

Really liking VLNC and LL now. LL is historically bouncey anyway and VLNC's drop was on low to no volume. should result in good rebounds on these pinchers

got out at 1.24; a little off target but a good gain anyway. trying to get back to big board unless a penny looks real real perfect. gotta get back to deploying a lot of capital in one or two shots rather than splitting it up and monitoring these volitile pennyer lol! getting too hard to get out of some of these more -illiquid, low volume pinchers with any meaningful position

Back from vaca this week! can only take so much beach. good to be back in my routine. RFMD had a good run on last pinch - took a position yesterday - got a little scared this morning looking at dow futures but she is positive on the day while the down is down 250+. good sign of strength and that this is a bottom on RFMD. lets hope that is the case.

should be a lot of new pinchers formed though on BB after today - might run a new scan tonight. timid mkt. still, Im surprised its taken this much chaos to start a little tumble. when/if the smoke clears there will be good gains to be had on many pinchers-
