Cyberfast Systems, Inc. About CYSI Cyberfast Systems, through the recent acquisition of TLCO Software, is now able to offer Worldwide IDC Technology known as "Attune". If you are an Attune user or prospective Attune user, Cyberfast Systems cordially welcomes you. The Attune network is now being managed by Cyberfast Systems, Inc. and is referred to as "IDC technology", Intelligent Digital Communicator. You will continue to receive all of the great benefits and services that Attune has to offer. If you have further questions or need product support, please send us an email to: Info@cyberfastsystems.com Overview The IDC (Intelligent Digital Communications) technology system was designed to help technology companies dynamically target and time communications to their customers. Cyberfast uniquely matches targeted information to real-time events occurring on individual PCs, achieving accurate targeting by filtering shared information at the server level and private information on the client PC. Cyberfast overcomes the biggest obstacles to Internet-based support communications; •The perceived risk of sharing personal information • Inadequate targeting capability • The high level of user effort required to achieve interaction with vendors • Inadequate timing capability The Cyberfast system (IDC) can be easily integrated into an existing customer communication and support infrastructure. The world's first PC Help Network, the Cyberfast Service, is available from industry leading download sites as well as from Cyberfast's own web site (www.cyberfastsystems.com). Cyberfast is breaking new ground by currently offering the first free downloadable service that actually anticipates and prevents bugs and conflicts on users PCs. The IDC service uses the Internet and the revolutionary Cyberfast system to transparently send targeted information messages, called Intelligrams, that will alert affected users to potential problem events at precisely the right time just before the problem can adversely affect the user's PC. IDC comes bundled with Intelligrams that solve many common PC bugs and conflicts. When a user connects to the Internet, the IDC service checks for new Intelligrams, thereby continuously protecting the user from the latest problems and technical issues. Additionally, IDC's unique double-filtering technology maintains absolute privacy of the end user, as none of their data ever leaves the PC to travel the Internet, with its inherent security risks Cyberfast Systems Inc.. What We Do Cyberfast Systems, Inc. "Attune" IDC Technology is a PC Help Network that enables Cyberfast and its partners to send customers messages that are helpful, timely and relevant. Called Intelligrams, these messages help people prevent and solve PC problems, upgrade products, download fixes and perform other critical computing functions to enhance the computing experience. Working with top technology vendors as distribution partners, the Cyberfast System is growing at over 10,000 new users per day. How IDC Technology Works IDC Technology uses a small software client [750K] that is automatically updated when the user goes online. The client quietly monitors the PC and end-user behavior in real time to determine when a particular message becomes relevant to that end user. Messages come from Cyberfast's knowledge base of key issues and our technology partner's top support issues. User Benefits The IDC Technology is currently a free service, which provides pre-emptive support of key issues for end-uses compute's, stopping problems before they happen. The user only sees timely, helpful, and relevant messages pertinent to their PC and what is going on at that moment. Download Attune™ Cyberfast Systems Inc. Partner Benefits IDC Technology enables Cyberfast's partners to stay in communication with their installed base, even if their users do not register. These technology vendors can send technical support alerts and announcements that stimulate new revenue streams. Partners benefit from the entire IDC Network as their messages can reach into the installed base of other IDC Network members, as well as their own.INTERPRISE Business Solutions Privacy and Security Policy IDC technology maintains absolute end-user privacy because no personally identifying information is ever sent out. CYSI believes that privacy is a very important issue, particularly with the impact of the Internet on computers. As a result, CYSI proprietary technology, is specifically designed to work in such a way that all of your personal information resides locally, never leaving your own computer. You receive real-time Intelligram messages. Attune's Dynamic Agenting Technology is able to receive and separate those messages that are relevant to you, presenting them at just the right time. Companies can now communicate with you on matters of interest for you. Cyberfast Systems, Inc. is dedicated to making the computing experience easier and more productive by combining the strengths of the PC and the Internet, while maintaining complete end-user privacy. Cyberfast's IDC Technology is the fastest growing PC help network that enables Cyberfast and its partners to send messages that are helpful, timely and relevant. Cyberfast Systems, Inc. (OTC: CYSI) is a publicly traded company. Based in La Jolla, CA. Contact: info@cyberfastsystems.com Cyberfast Systems Announces 2002, Full-Year Financial Outlook LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 2001--Cyberfast Systems Inc. (OTCBB:CYSI - news) today announced the 2002, full year financial outlook ending Dec. 31, 2002. After the introduction of the newly acquired IDC technology, revenue growth for the first quarter is expected to be in line with the company's projections. Increased revenues will come from the existing Fortune 500 partners and the recent acquisition of TLCO Software. The company now expects revenues in the second quarter of 2002 to be approximately $10 million compared to first quarter 2002 revenues of $4 million. The reduced revenue in the first quarter is due to the reorganization of the company and the revised business plan, which now focuses on intelligent technology communication solutions. Second and third quarters will increase in the rate of new customer installations, as a result of the direct marketing campaigns, such as the company's Discovery CD programs, which are targeted to reach over five million end users. Additional installations and revenues will be generated from the Interprise Strategic Partner programs. The combined introduction of the Interprise and Discovery programs is expected to generate revenues in excess of $15 million in the third quarter. The company expects revenues for the full year to be approximately $50 million, with gross margins to be approximately 25-30% percent. Cyberfast is currently operating without venture capital proceeds and plans to continue with the same financial model throughout 2002. Future capital that may be required for technology advancements and future acquisitions will be raised from within the organization's capitalization structure. Cyberfast's management team remains optimistic about the overall market and corporate expansion, even though market conditions are certainly more challenging than they were last year. The fundamentals underlying intelligent communications are solid. Enterprises continue to look at the Web as a way to reduce costs and enhance communication with their customers. Partners and employees see the technology as a way to enhance productivity and customer relations. Cyberfast is a recognized market leader in the intelligent communications sector. Corporate Expansion The company plans to open additional facilities in Northern and Central California to better serve the company's existing network of over 1.3 million IDC users and expand the network to accommodate the planned next generation of intelligent communications technology. Cost Reductions and Liquidity The company continues to implement effective cost control measures and reduced capital expenditures, staffing and operating expenses, consistent with the company's planned financial expenditures.
