The share stuff etc. is out of my wheel house. I typically rely on you old timers for share structure knowledge. That being said, I won't let that stop me from speculating until the cows come home.

The firm managing the merger for CLX has to know why the yield is up. (Right?) So, wouldn't CLX know where the new shares went? Verify this, would they know where newly issued shares were issued too or could they find out easy enough? So, why not call it off already if it was done maliciously by Bruce. Maybe they haven't given the official announcement to give an opportunity for JG and friends to get out? (This is the scenario that scares me the most.) However, we gotta keep in mind, this merger isn't just JG, there's others involved as well. Would everyone say, 'Ok, hold the No Merger announcement so Joey can sell'? Doubtful.

Also, why would Bruce screw something like this up? If those shares were issued without CLX's consent he'd be blowing a HUGE opportunity. He's looking to make money off this merger too, is he not? Do you think he could make more money by turning this into a scam?

Unless, the opportunity was already blown, Bruce knows and so he's milking it for all it's worth until the official 'it's over' announcement... If this is true, CLX would be shady AF due to the repeated statements of 'Roadmap Intact' and quotes of old tweets mentioning 'PubCo'. It would literally be CLX pumping a penny stock they were no longer going to be a part of, so that others (a scammer) could make money. It would almost be aiding a scam if they DIDN'T make an announcement as early as possible. I bet worse things happen on the OTC all the time, but the players here don't seem like the type.

It seems like JG and CLX are honest. I haven't seen a shady hair or tweet outta the guy. (So far.) I mean, he was tweeting at us for months to keep us informed. He didn't have to do that, and he wasn't big into twitter. He only tweeted once every couple months before the delay. Then he picked up on twitter. He was trying to help, trying to keep us informed. These shady scenarios don't line up for who I think JG is nor what I think CLX is trying to be as a company.

So, for me, it comes back to - CLX knows why the Yield is up and has given their approval. That means it's necessary because it's keeping the NDA stuff intact, or at the worst, the yield is not harmful to the merger.

So, it comes down to, it's possible the merger has gone to hell, but there's too many things saying it's on for me to really believe that. CLX told us to be patient trust that they're working on it. It's still early Q4.

I don't know though, I'm just a hopeful PASOholic.

I don't have messaging here on IHUB and didn't want to post this on the PASO board itself, so this seems like the next best place.

I appreciate the MASSIVE amounts of work and DD you've put into PASO. I know recently there seems to be a split on whether or not the merger is still on. If you're still interested in speculative DD on CLX's business read on.

Recently someone brought up CommonPass. It's remarkable similar to what CLX proposes to do with HA. So much so, that it makes one wonder if CLX might have a hand in it.

From my bit of digging there seems to be just enough coincidences that it's possible, but not enough to be definitive.

First, what the pass is doing is EXACTLY what HA is doing.

Second, the timeline.

As far as I can tell the timeline seems to Sync up. (I'd appreciate it if you added or corrected here if you see errors.)

-East African countries start to run into border problems and come up with a solution in June. https://thecommonsproject.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >Way back machine shows no CommonPass on the website at that time.

-At this time CLX and JG are reaching out through their networks for who else wants to take advantage of their 'lab results process'. (When did JG get his patent, April or May right?)

-Just prior to July 15th the Common Project reaches out to CLX. (This is speculative. No proof to support it.) So CLX says - 'We've gotta delay, this is huge.'

-Following July 15th JG and his Partners in the CommonProject are running around globally, getting folks on board. This is when we're seeing tweets with flags about meeting with this country and that country.

-By Aug 18th we can see https://thecommonsproject.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >CommonPass talked about on the Common Project's website.

-Plans for both HA and CommonPass to release in Sept are delayed until early Oct. Now.



Third, there's two links I've found between CLX and the CommonsProject.

I mentioned the Accenture and World Economic Forum link on the boards a few days back. Pretty tenuous link considering both are gigantic corporations. It's likely they'd be working together just because of their size. It could be a line of communication where partnerships can be found but maybe not.

The link I'm more interested in is Her:



She's a Current Team Member with the Commons Project working in Partnerships.

She worked at Cerner from 2013 to 2015 as Sr. Business Strategist. This is important because Cerner is, and was, a part of the Cooperative Exchange. We know JG was Pres at the Cooperative Exchange from 2012 to 2015.

So both JG and Mrs Hermann were at the CE, a networking and collaborating organization, from 2013 - 2015.

This is a more definitive link that lends more credence to CLX being a part of the CommonPass. Honestly, still not a sure thing. But network relationships like this is how business partnerships are formed.

So at this point, I'm thinking HA is the US based 'non-travel' pass and the CommonPass is the global travel pass. Next week we'll find out more definitively with the 'new partners.' Interesting note, as soon as this was discussed on IHUB on Wednesday, CLX's twitter followed the World Economic Forum as well as Delta and Hawaii.

I think the major 'nope, clx doesn't have a hand in it' flags are how few links there are. CLX isn't mentioned anywhere w/regards to the commons project or the CommonPass. CommonPass could just be the Direct Competitor to any travel pass that CLX wants to make which if that's the case, that's some steep competition.

Btw, I didn't want to post this on the regular board yet, because there's a few harassers there that would try to call all the people involved and beg for more info instead of waiting till next week. Maybe I'll post this there later today...

gathered some more intel on the coming alpine clearing landscape changes. Penny funders with brokers who use alpine clearing will soon begin having to pay/provide an illiquidity premium to any sub-penny otc companies they fund and try to clear dilutive paper on. It will be called ARC(Adjusted Risk Capital) and the cash collateral the funders will have to provide will be based on whatever premium between 1 cent and $2.50 per share the various brokers apply. And the amount of dilutive shares said funders will be able to dump each day will be based on the 20 day average liquidity in play. That's all I got so far but mm BMIC is definitely supposed to be shut down tomorrow and Alpine Clearing tomorrow forward will no longer be able to use X clearing, thus the big otc landscape changes coming for any penny funders trying to fund sub-penny companies begins tomorrow.

#Space Exploration $ASTI Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (OTCBQ: ASTI), a developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art, lightweight and flexible thin-film photovoltaic (PV) solutions, announces that the Company was selected by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) as part of their next round of evaluations for providing solar technology for an upcoming mission to Jupiter, as well as to address additional missions. This decision followed an earlier round of investigation with promising results, during which the Company's flexible, monolithically integrated copper-indium-gallium-selenide (CIGS) solar module was subjected to environmental extremes, and continued to operate well.


During the first phase of JAXA's evaluation, Ascent's PV was successfully tested below -146°C (-231°F) and up to +190°C (+374 °F), and to only 4% of the sunlight generally received in earth's orbit. In addition, JAXA has also subjected Ascent's PV to radiation and mechanical testing.

"JAXA's Jovian mission is a testament to the advancements being made in orbit, both in terms of its objectives, as well as the extremes in which the vehicle is required to operate," stated Dr. Joseph Armstrong, Chief Technology Officer and founder of Ascent Solar. "Missions of this type traditionally use fragile crystalline solar cells that require additional structure for protection. Our lightweight, flexible technology can take advantage of novel array construction that provide higher performance in a more economical package. JAXA has decided to investigate lower-cost flexible thin-film solar technology in conjunction with a solar sail concept that was first demonstrated on their IKAROS project in 2010. Our PV will be used in conjunction with a solar sail design that would provide both propulsion, as well as lightweight electrical power for the mission."
