"We are still in business and excited about the future. We have about 2.8 million shares outstanding at the moment, and will likely be issuing more soon for financing.

CPUT. Been talking to CEO. Walter Wright 949 374-2894. Getting into property management, and building. Wants to upgrade to OTC. A primary focus is on keeping/raising the share price. NO dilution!.........z

They are working on several acquisitions, and are aware of the hazzards of dilution and will keep that to a minimum.......z

Just found out that they are only using PLMA/Palomar for their brokerage services, and have no other relationship with them.......z

Plus their relationship with PLMA is not good. However, this could be a nice short term play. The O/S is only 2.5M...for now anyway....I'll try to find out how quickly they will dilute.......z
