I own three certificates with CMKM received
from 3 different brokers. The used another symbol
years ago.

However, This symbol is not for this company.

CMKM is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 7 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

CMKM on Edgar shows revoked registration.

Does not have a following for China Marketing.

China Marketing has CIK: 0001353307
and last filing was November 2012, after just shy of 1mm loss for the year. Maybe they are gone too and the symbol was not cancelled.

There is trading history under this symbol going back as far as 2010. That is as far back as I went.

They acquired a company called Infolife. Did a reverse 1 for 10 in 2006 and another 1 for 3 in 2007.

Outstanding in 2012 listed as 28 million +.
Of these maybe 22 million could be held by insiders.
10K2011 showed insiders held 10MM

E-trade told me they could not get any certificates, then I advised them that its illegal to sell shares without being able to provide me with my certificates. Now they are working on this again. I was advised that your broker has to provide you with a certificate when asked.

Does anyone know exactly what is going on with CMKX or CMKM?

I asked E-trade for my certificates today 05-01-2014 because I received an e-mail from Steve Kirkpatrick today after e-mailing people that may be of help through research on the web. Steve e-mailed me back and said to ask E-trade for my stock certificate for my shares and register them with online trasfer agent.
My E-trade account has my stock as a cusip # 125809996.

Any help would be great!

Unless it gets delisted by the SEC this stuff never dies TFL it just goes into extended comas. This is what I've been trying to tell you : > ).
Of course I sold most of this one for a tax loss this year, but I did buy CAGM another China one with a similar history for a nice price.

Yup ! awful right? I'm not sure exactly what happened to American based China co's but what a mess. Take a look at LGHS as well amazing earnings and trading at a PE of 1. Also read the 10Q here there's a lot about the Chinese Govt.
