The Bank’s principal business consists of acceptance of retail deposits from the general public and the investment of those deposits, together with funds generated from borrowings, retail operations, investment management and insurance services, into a line of lending products, including one- to four-family, multi-family, commercial real estate, commercial business, construction and development and consumer loans, including home equity lines of credit and automobile loans. The Company’s primary lending and deposit market areas include Hampden and Hampshire Counties in western Massachusetts.
