However, there is no assurance that trading in the Company's ordinary shares will continue on the OTC Pink Market or any other securities exchange or quotation medium. The Company’s ordinary shares will be cancelled and will have no value following the effectiveness of the Company’s chapter 11 plan of reorganization.

I haven't heard anything new. They have a website about their status at http://www.chc.ca/restructuring.aspx

The chart is starting to pick up off a support base level, but I would keep a stop right under it if buying right now. If they have some material update, it could benefit the chart more than currently. Perhaps later they might but that's anyone's guess.
