Just my opinion but no, I think they would pay the 27 million for the assets only and not assume any liabilities. The existing company would have used those funds to settle obligations as directed by the trustee in bankruptcy. There probably would not have been anything left after the bankruptcy which is why they delisted it. Just my thoughts..

So if the BK is dismissed, is the above still true. Wont Butl shares be owned by Butler America?
So they deleted the symbol, but shares in the company don't disappear.

Is butler America going to emerge as Butl?

Oh yeah? Which company did you call?? Because Butler International is NOT Butler America. That's two different companies. Select Staffing bought out a portion of Butler International and I know they're not going to tell you anything. Both entities, Butler America and Select Staffing are private companies.

Yes, there is a symbol deletion. No denying that but someone or entity still holds the common shares to the company fka Butler International. The only thing that is deleted here is the symbol, not the structure of the security and the shell. Don't get it twisted.

Stock has Not been delisted !!
there is NO indications on OTCBB site that this stock got revoked !!!
Symbol got deleted and they coming out of BK or in the form of merging or some sort with a new symbol.

when BK is dismissed, usually it reverts back to it's original symbol, in this case, BUTL...BUTLQ IS DELETED DOESN'T MEAN, it wont open as BUTL...but i still think, even so, it will NOT open @ .1..the valuations is still POS, imho!..at least peeps wont lose everything and may recover some..i hope it does..BUT, anything is possible in PINKY land...oh! well, we shall find out soon....

Yes. A lot of scare tactics being used here and as some of us know, Select Staffing, a private company, bought out Butler International so the actual company is not going anywhere. This symbol deletion may be just what it is, a symbol deletion. We could open as BUTL or maybe get a whole new symbol all together. Who knows...guess we'll have to wait and see. Pure speculation here.

You are right though. If it opens as BUTL, .10 will hit fast and there's no telling how high it can get with that super low OS and float.

It's pretty simple and straight forward here. If the stock is still trading tomorrow and as BUTL without the Q, it opens at 0.10. Low OS and float and operating company. End of story.
