We intend to export Disposable Baby Diapers from North America to distributors in England. Disposable Baby Diapers have become a widely used alternative disposable material for parents of babies and children not toilet trained. Disposable Baby Diapers is a kind of underwear that allows a baby/child to defecate or urinate in a discreet manner. Diapers are made of synthetic disposable materials. Disposable diapers contain absorbent chemicals and are thrown away after use. Disposable diapers are primarily worn by children who are not yet potty trained or experience bedwetting. Disposable Baby Diapers are constructed in three layers, an inner layer that sits against a baby’s skin is designed to be soft, stay relatively dry, and wick away moisture into the core. The absorbent core is designed to pull moisture in and trap it to keep wetness away from the baby to avoid rashes. The outer layer is waterproof to prevent leaks.

Ms. Taiwo Aimasiko is an accountant and a graduate of Accounting from the University if Phoenix. She is responsible for Bemax managerial and organizational structure, including preparation and administration of disclosure and accounting controls. Ms. Aimasiko experience as staff accountant in the oil and gas industry covers wholesale and retail trade, production of goods as well as development and construction.
An excellent communicator with proven sales and marketing abilities, Ms.Aimasiko had varied experience in commercial trading and consulting spanning over a period of ten years. She is assisted with an excellent sales and marketing team and currently lives with her three sons in Georgia, USA.

Bemax Inc. to supply private label brands to Wal-Mart

On June 22, 2017 Bemax Inc. received approval from Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. to supply its private label products to Wal-Mart.com customers. The company will supply its brands of Mother’s Touch disposable diapers to Wal-Mart customers through Wal-Mart.com. As an approved Wal-Mart vendor, the company received a supplier and agreement number with access to appropriate Wal-Mart suppliers’ portal. The company has commenced the onboarding process of its private label disposable diapers to Wal-Mart.com  The company will service Walmart customers through two warehouse locations out of Atlanta and Bellingham.

Bemax Inc. Retires 150 Million Common Shares of Company Stock, Reduces Issued and Outstanding Shares

Bemax Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2016 Results

DALLAS, GA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/13/17 -- Bemax Inc. (OTCBB: BMXC), a growing global distributor of Disposable Baby Diapers, today reported its financial results for the three months ended November 30, 2016.

Revenue for the six months ended November 30, 2016 totaled $115,153 compared to $65,219 for same period ended November 30, 2015.

"We delivered another quarter of revenue with distribution network showing sequential growth in line with expectations," stated Taiwo Aimasiko, President and Chief Executive Officer. She added, "We expect to see continued growth in sales as we start to benefit from new sales channels, as well as new distribution arrangements with strong distribution network."


Business Outlook - Third Quarter and Full Year 2016
For full year 2016, Bemax Inc. is increasing its outlook for revenue to a range of $3.5 million to $4.5 million, up from a range of $2.73 million to $3.3 million.

Bemax reported fiscal fourth-quarter total revenue of $267,416, which consisted primarily product sales revenue compared to $206,100 in revenue for the fiscal third quarter.

Revenues for the year ended May 31, 2016 totaled $538,738 compared to $0 in revenue for the year ended May 31, 2015.

Deferred revenue currently remain at $507,722 for the year ended May 31, 2016

Total Operating Costs which consists of general and administrative expenses is $72,469 compared to $20,130 for the year ended May 31, 2015

We incurred net loss of $163,171 compared to $477,081 in net loss for the year ended May 31, 2015.

(BMXC) announced today that it has received an $710,000 purchase order for the supply of its private-label Disposable Baby Diaper from an existing client, a major distributor of the Disposable Diaper in the emerging South and East African markets.

This is the second purchase order resulting from the long-term supplier agreement filed on November 16, 2015. Bemax expects to complete shipment of this order in Q3 2016, which builds upon the $260,000 Disposable Baby Diapers Bemax sold to Bethel Marketing in Q1 2016.
