GESI news....irrevocable funding commitment was formally announced last week.
Next announcement, possibly next week, will be the amount of the first draw.
I am thinking $10-12 million for the first draw.
What will that do to the current PPS?
Market value of $3 million a/o 8/15m. Add $10 million to that value and we could see .05 IMO.

It is funny you say that as I had a suspicion that GEAR could be APS next pick, no PR other than an acquisition, fins coming out in quick procession with great ammo but no PR or PROMO to follow. It may not be an APS pick but I feel it will promoted hard, otherwise the owners are idiots and have no idea how to market a company. HAS to be a P&D!!!!!!

I feel it will be a short one, doesn't seem to have teeth. I hope so for those who jumped in. Feel sorry for the RARS group, though this may be a trick and they may actually pick them, who knows all speculative. That is is the world of OTC and PINKS I think. Good luck to you! I noticed that too. For me it depends if all the sensational PRs are going to be released and whether or not APS is going to support the bid.

I jumped in and out at the same price. I didn't like the way it was trading, more sales than buys in volume and never really gapped on APS coming out, I expected 80-100% based on its following. Feel that it is a rouse, if not then I only lost my commissions and will wait for the next I around.
