My question: Your reply did not solve this statement (There is no more AWYI stock.)
Please explain the mechanics of changing our existing ghost shares into something else!

Of course the shares have value. Currently, after the combination (reverse split), we believe they are valued at around $1.00 and this is also the value at which we are now making certain deals. Should we decide to start trading based on only the GovBuys operation, this is also the approximate pricing we expect, however, our sponsoring Market Maker will make the final request to FINRA.

But, should we be successful to include additional operations to Ariel Way through some acquisitions that we are working on, then to enter NYSE MKT (formerly NYSE/Amex) the starting price must be a minimum $3.00 or for NASDAQ OMX a minimum of $4.00. We will of course attempt to come out higher than this, but it all depends largely on revenue and earnings.

Prior to or soon after start of trading, any Shareholder that holds a paper certificate may send them to the transfer agent and have them exchanged for a new certificate. If the Shareholder holds the shares in electronic format with a brokerage firm or similar in e.g. "Street Name", we believe that the brokerage firm will make the change automatically. However, we are not asking the Shareholders to take any action yet.

At the end of the process, we believe, assuming we are successful with our activities, that the Shareholders will be quite pleased to see a significant increase in the value of the shares based a bigger Ariel Way operation.
