ArchivalCD Files Amended SB2 with SEC
CROCKETT, Texas, Nov. 3, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- ArchivalCD, Inc. (pre-IPO OTCBB:AHCD) announced that it has filed an amended SB-2 with the SEC.

Initially filed on 22 Dec 1999 the review comments from the SEC required the company to prepare amendments filed May 12, 2000 and on Sept. 14, 2000. Additional clarifications have been provided with the current amended filing.

Daniel J. Hay, CEO/President says, ``The comments from the SEC regarding our previous amendments made a much shorter list to respond to this time. We are feeling confident that this amended filing can be approved by the SEC.''

ArchivalCD(tm) provides document management services specializing in digital imaging of microfilm and paper for historic archiving. ``We have a great interest in digital preservation,'' states Hay, ``and find our clients and shareholders equally excited to be nearing final approval on our planned IPO.''

ArchivalCD Selects Image Access's Bookeye for Preservation Scanning
CROCKET, Texas, Nov. 1, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- ArchivalCD, Inc. (pre-IPO OTCBB:AHCD) announces that it has chosen the Bookeye (tm) scanner from Image Access. The planned addition of four Bookeye scanners to ArchivalCD's scanning capacity for older, damaged, or fragile books and documents will allow for growth in document preservation. Plans for ArchivalCD (tm) customized workstations have included microfilm image digitization and high speed document scanning. Mr. Daniel J. Hay, CEO of ArchivalCD, said, ``The Bookeye allows us to pursue digital preservation of bound materials, oversized documents, photographs, drawings, charts and maps with greater ease and greater quality.''

The company reports that many libraries and repositories have indicated that they are faced with removing old printed works from circulation due to age related damage. Often times valuable materials are not allowed to be photocopied because the handling process causes additional damage. ``Once we digitize, either in our facilities or on-site, a compact disk (CD) can be created to allow unlimited usage of valuable materials without added risk or damage to the published items,'' said Hay. Such materials are often more than one hundred years old, considered rare and are difficult or impossible to replace. Many libraries would like to obtain copies of such works but can't because of availability, restricted budgets, or lack of shelf space. Once on CD such rarer items become available to libraries for patron usage with little or no need to increase shelf space.

I see you set up your board with no problems.

One suggestion I would make is adding http:// before any links. This makes them all clickable and will increase the traffic to your site and make it easier to research your company for potential investors.

Please be careful though on insights and info you give out, being that you are an Insider to the company. I have seen this become a problem to CEOs that see message boards get wild at times.
