Alphatec Expects 2007 Revenue to Rise Between 12 Percent and 15 Percent
CARLSBAD, Calif. (AP) -- Medical device maker Alphatec Holdings Inc. said Thursday its 2007 revenue would rise between 12 percent and 15 percent, beating Wall Street's predictions.
The company said it expects revenue between $83 million and $85 million from additional surgeons using its products, new product releases and higher licensing revenues.
Analysts polled by Thomson Financial are looking for revenue of $80.6 million. In 2006, Alphatec posted revenue of $74 million for the year.
Alphatec shares rose 1 cent to close at $4.01 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
