well exactly money, plus, take into account real bills haven't passed yet although there have been already drastic funds began to help combat global warming; as money comes into the alt. stocks, a growing company such as ACHM which has been strong enough to get a NASA contract, should be one of the first in line to recieve these new contracts; possibilities are exciting here, I to am in for the long haul

Thanks. Nice read. I have seen this type of company before and many of them have flopped. The last company I followed that was trying to lower emmisions had a signed contract by the govenator and had "Talks" with the white house. Too bad for me and others this was mostly B.S.

Here's the thing...this thing's effects will snowball (no pun), for instance, it will lead to alt. energy funding, new bills, laws against fuel emissions...etc. As this company which we both agree is strong continues to build, and these things happen the PPS should soar as will the volume....

I made a call to the company a few days ago and from what I was able to put together from was the company may be going through a symbol change. This would explain all the non-trading. Atleast we know that there is not a ton of selling. I love ACHM. I am long and strong!!!!!

Cal Tech Becomes an Eight Percent Shareholder of the Company; Alchemy Acquires Patent and Technology Rights Developed with NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratories

June 26, 2006 - 4:30 PM EDT

Alchemy Enterprises Ltd. (OTCBB: ACHM) announced today that it has executed a License Agreement to acquire exclusive rights to certain fuel cell system patents and technologies developed in conjunction with NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratories ("JPL"), and the California Institute of Technology ("Cal Tech").

As the managing partner of JPL, Cal Tech, under the terms of the License Agreement, has now become an eight percent (8%) shareholder of Alchemy. JPL is a Federally Funded Research and Development Center sponsored by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration ("NASA") and is operated by Cal Tech. Cal Tech will also receive a nominal annual fee.

As stated in our May 25, 2006, news release, NASA and Alchemy have been working together on a JPL Task Plan to develop, test and bring to commercialization Alchemy's Electric Power Cell technology. The company has now acquired the exclusive worldwide rights developed under the JPL Task Plan, and subsequent technologies and other rights, including, the Fuel Cell Power System with Advanced Hydrogen Storage technology.

Under this agreement, Cal Tech has taken on the responsibility to prepare, file, prosecute and maintain any and all patent applications and patents within the Exclusively Licensed Patent Rights and the Improvement Patent Rights related to the Power Cell Technologies.

Jonathan R. Read, president and CEO of Alchemy Enterprises, stated, "Establishing exclusive worldwide rights to these highly advanced technologies being developed by Jet Propulsion Labs only increases our stature in the alternative energy industry and has moved us forward in our business plan initiatives." Monday June 12, 6:30 am ET

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 2006--Alchemy Enterprises,[ Ltd. (OTCBB:ACHM - News) announced today that it has achieved important results from the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratories on the development of the Electric Power Cell, in tests conducted over the last two weeks.

The tests that were conducted included procedures for quantifying the reaction of magnesium in the electric power cell. The measurements taken indicate the potential for greater than expected production rates for hydrogen in the system. These tests were undertaken through Alchemy's Task Plan with JPL and were headed by the JPL team assigned to the Power Cell Project.

The purpose of the testing was to calibrate the magnesium material density and porosity for even disbursement during the thermal process as well as establishing thermal models and reaction rates for establishing optimum reactor size for production devices.
