That is some powerful magic you've thrown-out-there. But, remember never average down on anything, not even FB, never, not any of them, never fill a gap. Also remember if it's lost 20-or-25% I get out, knowing I can always get back in!!! Walla, play to win.

Buy, in the dip, sell at the spikes top. Gotta know when to fold and how long to hold, it's a nack, which only a few command.

And remember never get in when it's already ran up, because from there it always goes down. If you get in when it has aready ran up that's called "greed", it has taken control of the mind. AFSE could dip today, may be a sweet chance.

Yes, I am getting concerned as it seems as if some folks know something we may not(stock price direction). I hope I am wrong, unfortunately I got in on this at the high side, no way to average down to a soft landing. Either way it will be interesting to find out what 4-12 will hold..... Prepping my sell order accordingly....

The short term fate of this company depends on their Teco investment.Hopefully they exercised their option on 3/12.
If this back slide does not stop soon it could get ugly.I have several thousand shares and I am still ahead but I am preparing for the worst.

AFSE only had six months to exercise the option on the other 6% of the Princess Concession. The cost of that 6% increased over time from $240,000 within the first 60 days after the contract was signed (9/12/11), to $340,000 for the period 60-120 days after contract signing, to $500,000 for 120-180 days after the contract signing. It's not clear if AFSE did exercise the option, but that six months has expired. From the 3/1 PR by AFSE, they had not exercised the option yet, so if they did, it would have had to be by 3/12/12, and at the $500,000 rate.

They have until 9/12/12 to exercise their options on the Paradise Concession and can do so in 5% increments (up to 15%) for $120,000 per increment.

The article released was stated as if they were the partner of Princess which in fact was not presented correctly.This company has a 4% interest in Treaty Belize Energy which is the Jv partner with Princess.I read that they have a option to go to a 10% position but did they exercise that option?My guess is they did not or they would have released a press release.Reverse splits are a dangerous play in penny stocks and if they do not stop this serious decline in pps this company could see similar results to many companies that have tried the same method to increase their stock price.
I hold several thousand post reverse shares and am hoping for the best but it does not look good at the present time.Hopefully management will soon announce some news that has meat not potatoes
